You can write to us at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but all the enquiries received after the indicated hours are read and answered on the next business day.

1. High-definition photos of your pond (seen from different perspectives)

2. Maximum length (measured, NOT approximate)

3. Maximum width (measured, NOT approximate)

4. Water depth in deepest areas (measured, NOT approximate)

5. Depth of water in the shallowest areas around the perimeter (measured, NOT approximate)

6. How much sun and shade the pond gets during the day

(e.g. full sun from 8am to 3pm, shade after 3pm). IMPORTANT: There must be at least half a day of direct sun for plants to take root

7. Report the possible presence of herbivorous fish, turtles, ducks

8. Origin of water, e.g. rainwater, aqueduct, river, spring or well

(report any presence of limestone or other abnormal water characteristics)
