Plants for moist soil
Plants for moist soil are those plants that are grown on the outside edges of the pond.
Some of these plants need to have their roots soaked in water at all times, or they can even be submerged in 1-2 cm of water.
Others, however, can also tolerate periods of drought, and among these are Lobelia chinensis, Mazus reptans and Mazus reptans ‘Albus’. Precisely for this reason, and the fact that they quickly produce many branches and flowers, these last three plants are perfect for use as a pond edging.
